Early interventions on engineering structures. Completion of works in the Vennes sector approaching

For several months, major construction works have been underway in the Lausanne–Vennes area, including, among others, the partial rehabilitation of Bridges A and B of the interchange on the Bern Road, as well as the underpass on Avenue de Valmont.

The works carried out on the structures include the replacement of curbs, waterproofing systems, pavement surfacing, and ancillary equipment. A new noise barrier has also been installed.

At the Lausanne-Vennes interchange, the high traffic volumes on both the motorway and the Bern Road required extensive night works in order to minimize disruption to road users.
