Perimeter E concludes the Chrysalide Project in Châtel-Saint-Denis, a modern complex combining housing, retail spaces, and tertiary activities.

The Chrysalide Project, led by TPF Immobilier and the Municipality of Châtel-Saint-Denis, is entering its final stage with Perimeter E, the fifth and last building launched in 2019. Located in the “En Fossiaux” sector near the new train station, this development integrates residential units, commercial areas, and service spaces.

After earthworks and special foundation works in spring 2025, concreting continued throughout the summer with the construction of the basement and two ground-floor levels, which will host shops and apartments.

Today, teams are working on the ground-floor slab, a key step before vertical construction and the completion of five residential floors.
