Founded in 2004, INGPHI is a civil engineering firm specialized in the eco-desing of structures. The firm is based in Lausanne and has around fifty employees.

Having worked on numerous projects, it has acquired a wealth of experience in the design and construction of civil engineering structures, including bridges, buildings and infrastructure.

Over the last years, the growth of the office has exceeded 20%. This allowed INGPHI to join the Scale’Up program, an initiative spearheaded by Innovaud, Canton de Vaud’s innovation agency.

To continually improve the quality of our projects, our office has specialized in numerical simulation of load-bearing structures, BIM, material resistance and applying innovations to construction.

INGPHI is very active in training of apprentices and has thus earned the label “Entreprise Formatrice” since 2007. The office also promotes continued training of the employees such as classes, conferences and workshops.

INGPHI is active in many professional associations such as IABSE (International Association for Bridge and Structural Engineering), GPC (Groupe spécialisé des Ponts et Charpentes, Swiss Engineers and Architects) and CUB (Fondation pour la Culture du Bâti).
