The Outline of the Future Western Link is Revealed

Since mid-March, work continues at the construction site of the western link where all the safety and hygienic measures imposed by the Swiss Confederation are applied.

After concreting the last walls at the beginning of March, the construction of the cantilever slab and the concrete railing accelerated. At the same time, backfilling behind the new wall is ongoing.

Once concreting and backfilling is over, waterproofing of the slab and construction of the road base course will start in May in order to finish the first work phase.
