End of construction works of the first building

The company Transports publics fribourgeois Immobilier (TPF IMMO) SA is building a complex of housing, shops and tertiary activities near the new railway station in Châtel-St-Denis. The project is managed by Groupe Grisoni and designed by EMA architects in collaboration with the civil engineering firm INGPHI SA and the engineers CVSE SRG SA.

The first building has been completed and the first residents have moved in. At the same time, the structural work on the five other buildings is progressing rapidly. The transformation of the center of Châtel-St-Denis is underway.
