The Villars span of the Barboleuse bridge was installed during a week-long lightning operation. The 65 m-long, curved, variable-height truss was divided into several parts for transport from the Morand Construction Métalliques workshops to the site.

The main parts were placed on a fixed hanger and assembled using a 450 to autogrue. The deck geometry is taking shape.

The next few weeks will be devoted to adjusting the geometry of the structure, then welding the parts together.
