Dismantling of the temporary footbridge

The interventions related to the rehabilitation of the Grand-Pont ended with the dismantling of the temporary footbridge. As the structure is composed of modular elements, it could be quickly disassembled. The dismantling of the elements located above the traffic lanes was carried out at night.

The elevation of the Grand-Pont on the side of the Place Centrale is thus revealed, offering a wider view of the rebuilt masonry vaults and the new deck of the structure.
